We are very happy to introduce the Indy/IMM small block mopar head! We believe $ per HP this to be the BEST out of the box cylinder head for the small block mopar on the market!
First we take the bare castings and inspect them for any flaws. We now offer exclusively from FERREA our own spec. valves so no guide honing is needed. We still machine the spring pads for Beehive springs. Last we open the intake seat with a 4 angle valve seat cut to a nice large 2.02 size and BLEND the bottom cuts into the bowl making this one of the best flowing heads OOTB for the sb Mopar!
And we don't stop there. For valves we use Ferrea 5/16 stem, 2.02 intake and 1.60 exhaust and BACKCUT the intake valve for more flow. For springs we now use PAC BEEHIVE spring assembly that allows a true .625 lift at the valve and a quality, lightweight valve train assembly. Lastly, we use a positive valve stem seal and assemble them setting each spring up to the desired I.H.
We now charge for opening the chambers up to anything larger than 65cc. Cost is 300.00 for the pair and we can get as much as 72cc if needed.
PRICING...for both the LA and MAGNUM is $1469.00 per set.
We offer our INDY/IMM heads in a KIT form including: INDY/IMM heads, arp head bolts, and .030 thick SCE intake gaskets for $1565.00
We now offer a spring upgrade for solid roller cams! This is premium double spring assembly that will fit any rocker arm out there!
Upgrade to solid roller springs, 10° locks, Ti. retainers and locaters runs $560.00 extra.
These springs will allow as much as .690 lift AT THE VALVE!

Here is an example of how well these heads flow. We flow them on a Superflow 600 flow bench at 28" of depression and use a 4.030 bore.

As you can see they flow very well and they have incredible intake port speed. We used heads just like these as we sell them to build 485HP out of a BUDGET 410 stroker for Car Craft magazine in the June issue. This was a hyd. cammed pump gas stroker with bolt on's only and a 750 Holley double pumper carb. You can check out the article HERE
